ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS :
Maintain awareness of activities through ongoing site visits, and attendance at required meetings.
Completes Functional Assessment and Treatment Plans including a Functional Analysis when indicated.Reviews and analyzes data for integrity and progress, and updates Treatment Plan when needed. Complete Progress Reports timely.
Completes billable hours according to clients’ prescriptions and contractual agreement each month. BCBA’s who do not mean minimum billable requirements may have their monthly salary adjusted on a prorated basis.
Completes a minimum of 2 hours of family training per client/family per month. This is a minimum expectation, as additional hours may be needed.
Responsible for maintaining an accurate record of services delivered.
Monitor incidents reported and complete necessary notifications to the Clinical Director.
Regularly update the Clinical Director of events impacting individuals receiving support and services.
Respect and honor diversity (race, religion, marital status, age, sexual orientation, color, creed, national origin, and abilities).
Maintain respectful relationships which recognize client's rights as a citizen and promotes their dignity and well-being.
Treat all co-workers with respect and in a manner that will promote teamwork, productivity and a positive reinforcing working environment. Serve as a role model for the Registered Behavior Technicians.
Work collaboratively with others to accomplish goals and/or assigned tasks.
Participate fully, positively and productively in team meetings to assist in achieving the desired outcomes of the meeting.
Maintain a working knowledge of the Policies and Procedures by reviewing them at each update and at least annually.
Set and achieve performance and development goals through the evaluation process.
Understand and comply with all state and federal labor standards.
Ensure RBT’s are held accountable for their performance and for obtaining direction and support as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
*Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
*A certificate issued by the Behavior Analysts Certification Board or state license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
*Completion of requirements for supervising BCaBA’s and RBT’s per the BACB and WAC
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are needed. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a clear criminal background check and possess a good driving record.
Must show proof of current driver's license and insurance.
Must secure and maintain First Aid and CPR certification.
Must be able to travel to different locations and work various settings.
Must maintain all required certifications, licenses and/or registrations to do the job.
