Your Role as a Tutor: Lead sessions independently, using engaging materials designed to support student growth Prepare your tutoring area and organize lessons through our HeyTutor Dashboard Track student progress and ensure each student feels valued and encouraged Promote positive behavior and foster an inclusive, welcoming environment Help students complete assessments to measure growth and celebrate wins Interact directly with students, creating a dynamic learning experience Requirements to Succeed: You have completed college or are currently enrolled in a secondary education program Tutoring experience or strong rapport with kids Comfortable in a classroom setting and with K-8 Math and ELA Clear FBI-DOJ background check (we handle this for you!) Spanish bilingual skills are a plus! Pay: Competitive rates o f $22-$26 per hour , based on your education and experience.
